Welcome to Nature and Culture, where we strive to provide you with exceptional art pieces that celebrate the beauty of nature and diverse cultures. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
At Nature and Culture, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products—original artwork and limited-edition prints—we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect size, color, or artwork selection.
- Perceived differences between online images and the physical artwork.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance prior to completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or call us at +61 491033759 with detailed photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will review your claim and may provide a replacement if applicable.
- Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be considered.
3. Custom Orders
Custom and commissioned artwork is created specifically for you. As such, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
4. Product Descriptions and Images
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images of our artwork. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of handmade or printed items. Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
